Qingdao Donghai Packing Industry Co., Ltd.

Founded in September 2004 and located in the coastal city of Qingdao, China, the company covers a land area of over 22,000 square meters, including a building area of more than 10,000 square meters. We specialize in the R&D and production of various polyolefin films. Our products are widely sold across Qingdao and surrounding areas, as well as Beijing, Tianjin, Shanghai and other domestic regions, and are also exported to Japan and Thailand. Boasting sound economic benefits, we have grown into a leading enterprise in the related industry across Shandong Province.

The company has an independent R&D department equipped with a full set of testing and laboratory facilities. Apart from our in-house technical experts, we maintain close cooperation with overseas research institutions, domestic universities and scientific research institutes, which guarantees steady new product development and superior intrinsic product quality. To date, we have launched more than 20 product categories with nearly 50 specifications to meet diverse application demands. We also customize new products tailored to clients' specific requirements on an ongoing basis. Our flagship products include easy-tear films, sauce-grade films, high puncture-resistant films, high-temperature retort films and mono-material films, which have won wide recognition from customers.

Adopting advanced management philosophies, we have obtained a series of authoritative certifications: ISO9001 Quality Management System Certification and QS Food Safety Certification in 2007, ISO22000 Food Safety Management System Certification and ISO14000 Environmental Management System Certification in 2018, and GRS Certification in 2022.

Currently in a phase of rapid growth, we focus on technological upgrading and hold a number of utility model patents and invention patents. We were accredited as a National High-tech Enterprise and a Qingdao Specialized, Refined, Unique and Innovative SME in 2018. In 2019, we introduced an advanced production line from Germany. By upgrading both hardware and software, we keep pace with the industry forefront. 2004

Foundation Laid, Enterprise Founded

The company was officially established, rooted in the plastic woven material industry, embarked on the market-oriented development path, and laid a solid foundation for brand operation and business development.

2006

Steady Start, Revenue Breakthrough

The enterprise entered the initial stage of rapid development with breakthroughs in production and sales. The annual sales volume reached 2,000 tons and the annual sales volume exceeded 20 million yuan, completing the initial market layout.

2007

Qualification Empowerment, Quality System Improved

The company has passed both ISO9001 Quality Management System and QS Food Quality Safety certifications, with a fully standardized and formalized production system in place.

2010

Quality & Capacity Upgrade, Performance Doubled

The production and sales volume doubled compared with the initial stage of development, with annual sales rising to 50 million yuan and continuously improving market competitiveness.

2015

In-depth Cultivation, Stable Expansion

The production and sales scale was further upgraded, with an additional annual sales volume of 2,000 tons and annual sales exceeding 70 million yuan, steadily expanding the market share in the industry.

2018

National High-tech Enterprise, Multi-dimensional Qualification Upgrade

The company was rated as a National High-tech Enterprise and Qingdao Specialized, Refined, Unique and Innovative SME. It also passed ISO22000 food safety management system certification and ISO14000 environmental management system certification, achieving an all-round upgrade in brand strength and standardized operation.

2019

Equipment Upgrading, Technology & Capacity Improvement

Advanced German production equipment was introduced to upgrade core production facilities, realizing a qualitative leap in the company’s overall production capacity, production technology and technical level.

2022

Certified Green, Leapfrog Sales Growth

The company obtained GRS certification and implemented green production standards. The annual sales volume approached 10,000 tons with annual sales exceeding 100 million yuan, achieving leapfrog development.

2023

Digital & Intelligent Upgrade, Industry-university Research Innovation

Entering a new stage of rapid development, the company updated old equipment, expanded production capacity, promoted digital workshop transformation, and upgraded the MES system to realize full quality traceability. The first five-layer film blowing machine was introduced with an annual production capacity of 10,000 tons. Increased investment in R&D and launched new material research cooperation with Qingdao University of Science and Technology, owning 7 invention patents.

2024

Capacity Expansion, Steady Performance Growth

The second five-layer film blowing machine was put into operation, raising the annual production capacity to 12,000 tons and annual sales to 120 million yuan.

2025

Global Expansion, Rapid Foreign Trade Growth

A three-layer film blowing machine was introduced, with the annual production capacity reaching 13,000 tons and annual sales hitting 150 million yuan. Relying on standardized certification advantages, the company expanded global markets and achieved rapid growth in export business.

2026

Strategic Layout, High-quality Development

Another three-layer film blowing machine will be introduced to achieve an annual capacity of 15,000 tons with estimated annual sales of 200 million yuan. The company will introduce professional talents and set up three major departments: hydrophobic materials, multi-layer co-extrusion barrier films and international trade. It will further deepen cooperation with Qingdao University of Science and Technology, implement the dual-track strategy of "technology + market", and lay a solid foundation for high-quality development. At present, the company owns 13 invention patents.
